Meet Shawn
Shawn Helgerson is an author, creator, and founder of The Third Path Project — a growing ecosystem of books, courses, and communities dedicated to exploring how intention, creativity, and consciousness shape the human experience. After a 23-year career in the U.S. Air Force, Shawn turned his attention inward, translating the discipline of service into a philosophy of personal evolution.
He’s the author of The Third Path, Silicon and Soul, The Abundance Experiment, and In a Little While, and the creator of The Abundance Institute on Skool — a community where practical psychology meets spiritual insight. Through his writing and teaching, Shawn helps people bridge the gap between thought and action, belief and becoming.
